This role is crucial in laying the foundation for future expansion.


What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our logistics and inventory systems run smoothly as we scale. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Develop detailed, scalable SOPs for supply chain operations.
Document inventory workflows, shipping, and logistics processes for future scalability.
2. Inventory Management
Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Implement tracking and reporting systems to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
3. Shipping and Logistics
Manage relationships with shipping providers, ensuring efficient delivery timelines.
Optimize international import/export logistics to ensure compliance and minimize delays.
4. Warehousing Operations
Coordinate with warehouses to streamline order fulfillment.
Monitor storage costs and implement strategies to optimize inventory placement.
5. Scalability and Process Improvement
Prepare supply chain systems to support product launches and increasing order volumes.
Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with the COO to implement solutions.


What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist with:

Experience: 3+ years in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory control.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of supply chain management software and inventory tracking tools.
- Understanding of international shipping regulations, particularly for US and Asian markets.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: Ability to create and implement scalable SOPs.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with warehouses, logistics providers, and internal teams.
- Adaptability: Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
