Dropshipping Store Manager

At Ecomjets Co, we are a leading e-commerce company specializing in Dropshipping. We are seeking a talented and experienced Dropshipping Store Manager to join our small & close team and help us grow!

As a Dropshipping Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the team and their happiness, learning/growth, the quality of their output, and their workload
- Scanning for and fixing problems daily
- Monitoring advertisement performance
- Daily communications and reporting to the CEO
- Monitoring store performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement, kickstarting those into action.
- Recruiting
- Hosting team meetings & team games

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dropshipping Store Manager or similar role in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Strong understanding of dropshipping processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Asana, Google Drive, Notion etc.
- Experience with online marketing platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook (Meta) & Google
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
