About the Role
Are you a driven leader with a passion for e-commerce and a knack for optimizing operations? Our fast-growing dropshipping company is looking for a Backend Manager to spearhead our customer service, supply chain, and dispute management functions. This is a full-time, remote position where you'll coach a young, ambitious team (ages 20–35) and streamline our backend operations. Daily Responsibilities
- Lead and Coach the Team: Provide ongoing coaching and training to customer service and supply chain tea
- Optimize Operations: Continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and overall backend processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Supplier Communication: Maintain and improve communication with suppliers to resolve issues quickly and keep operations running smoothly.
- Team Communication: Structure and oversee internal team communication (via

Qualifications
- Dropshipping Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in dropshipping, with solid knowledge of supply chain operations, customer service best practices, and dispute resolution.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading and managing a team, with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback and inspire others to excel.
- Strong & Positive Personality: Confident decision-maker who isn’t afraid to speak up. Able to assertively guide the team while maintaining a positive, coaching-oriented attitude.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). You’re professional, clear, and effective in all communication, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in behavior and language.
- Organized & Proactive: Exceptionally organized and self-motivated, with a hunger to learn and improve. Able to juggle daily calls, urgent issues, and long-term projects with ease.
- Immediate Availability: Ready to start immediately and commit to daily check-ins. (You are not currently working full-time elsewhere, ensuring your full focus on this role.)
