Dispute Manager – Fashion E-commerce

We’re a family-owned fashion dropshipping business run by a mother and her two sons. We sell trendy fashion items worldwide and advertise primarily through Google Ads.
To maintain trust with PayPal and banks, we focus on keeping our dispute rate as low as possible.

The Role

As our Dispute Manager, you’ll handle PayPal disputes and bank chargebacks, working in Google Sheets, Shopify, and Gorgias.
You’ll collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues quickly and prevent future disputes.

Requirements

Experience with Shopify

Experience with Gorgias

Proven experience as a Dispute Specialist

Experience with Customer Service and Supply Chain in Google Fashion Dropshipping

Strong Google Sheets skills

Proactive and communicative
