Position: E-commerce Solutions Specialist
Location: Remote
Availability: 7 Days a Week
Response Time: Must respond to customer messages within 12 hours

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries on
E-commerce Management: Assist in setting up and managing Shopify stores, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
PDF Editing: Edit and format PDF documents as required, ensuring professional presentation and accuracy.
Content Creation: Use Adobe Photoshop (or similar) to create or edit graphics, product images, and promotional materials for Shopify stores.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive sales and enhance customer experiences.
Required Skills and Experience:
E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Shopify.
WhatsApp Business Pro: Experience using WhatsApp Business Pro for customer communication.
PDF Editing: Strong skills in editing and formatting PDF documents.
Adobe Photoshop: Basic to advanced skills in Photoshop or equivalent graphic design software.
Availability: Must be available 7 days a week and able to respond to messages within 12 hours, ensuring constant support for our clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience in other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
