QuakesLegacy is one of the fastest-growing TikTok LIVE gaming agencies, supporting hundreds of livestream creators across multiple regions. As our creator base continues to grow, we're looking for additional support staff to help ensure our creators receive fast and professional assistance whenever they need it.
Position Overview
We are looking for a
This is not a traditional full-time customer support role where you're expected to sit at your computer all day. There will be periods where no tickets come in at all. We simply need dependable tea
Responsibilities
Respond to creator support tickets
Assist creators with TikTok LIVE questions
Help creators submit LIVE ban appeals
Provide support for LIVE Studio issues
Assist with LIVE visibility and account concerns
Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary
Ensure no creator support ticket goes unanswered
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with creators
Requirements
Strong English communication skills
Experience using
Previous
Experience moderating active
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
Reliable internet connection
Professional and organized
Able to communicate clearly with creators
Preferred Experience
We are especially interested in candidates who:
Understand social media algorithms
Have experience with TikTok or TikTok LIVE
Have experience in community management
Have customer support experience
Have experience helping creators, streamers, or online communities
Don't worry if you don't know everything about TikTok LIVE. We will provide training and teach our internal systems. However, prior experience with social media,
