Job Overview
Full-time bookkeeper/accountant needed for fast-growing IT Consulting company based on the USA east coast, with additional offices in Pakistan. This position will report directly to the managing principal and will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company; and manage various administrative functions.
This job is a full time permeant position. We understand you may have some contract work to wrap up, but long term expect we will been your only employer/client.
Job Duties
• Invoicing
• AR/AP
• Collections
• Bank Reconciliations
• Payroll
• Human Resources Management
• Budget Forecasting
• Compliance with various regulations in the jurisdictions we operate in
• Provide needed documentation to our USA CPA so he can do Tax Preparation
Prefer to fill the position with someone who can work US east coast business hours; however, once the books and responsibilities are better understood, the possibility of modified the hours can be discussed.
In addition to the IT Consulting business, the managing principal will require assistance with some US based real estate investments.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles best practices
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and QuickBooks Online
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
• CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
The ability to work USA East Cost Business Hours
A reliable computer, constant power, and a good internet connection (we may be able to assist with costs related to this)
