JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales to lead our B2B sales efforts. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of sales strategy, team management, and revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including SDRs and B2B Sales Managers.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track team and individual performance.
Identify and develop relationships with high-value B2B clients and enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize sales processes.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Implement CRM best practices to enhance sales pipeline visibility and reporting.
