About the Role:
We need a Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant who is skilled in managing and growing Instagram, creating engaging visuals, and crafting captivating content that aligns with our brand.

This role is PERFECT for you if you’re:
? A creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated social media guru.
? Experienced in graphic design & content creation (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
? Passionate about beauty, wellness, self-care, and spirituality.
? Able to engage with followers and create posts that drive interaction.
? Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks without micromanagement.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management – Schedule, post, and manage content across Instagram (and eventually expand to other platforms).
Content Creation – Design aesthetically pleasing Instagram posts, carousels, reels, & stories that align with our brand identity.
Engagement & Growth – Like, comment, and interact with followers to boost engagement & community building.
Hashtag & SEO Research – Find trending hashtags and keywords to improve visibility.
Basic Video Editing – Create simple reels (using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
Analytics & Reporting – Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements for content strategy.

3 Required Skills:
1?? Graphic Design (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent)
2?? Social Media Management (Instagram, scheduling tools, engagement strategies)
3?? Content Creation & Copywriting (Engaging captions, brand-aligned visuals, strong call-to-action posts)

Requirements:
???? Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, engagement tactics, and aesthetic branding.
???? Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
???? Excellent English writing & communication skills.
???? A creative eye for designing high-quality, aesthetically pleasing visuals.
???? Must be available for weekly check-ins and updates.
