About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and organized Digital Marketing Specialist VA who can start immediately. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for a range of digital marketing and administrative tasks, including funnel creation,
Key Responsibilities (any of the following or a combination thereof):
Funnel Creation and Management
- Design and maintain marketing funnels tailored to client needs.
- Optimize and update existing funnels for performance.
Email
- Create
- Manage CRM systems, including segmentation and list hygiene.
- Track and report on campaign performance.
Social Media Management
- Design, schedule, and post on various social platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide performance insights.
Website & Landing Page Design
- Build and optimize pages on platforms like Kajabi, WordPress, GoDaddy, etc.
- Ensure responsive design and seamless user experience.
Graphics & Video Editing
- Create and edit social media graphics, banners, and video content (long-form and short-form).
- Provide unlimited revisions until the client is fully satisfied.
Online Course Preparation
- Develop online courses using Kajabi (or other required platforms).
- Ensure course content is organized and user-friendly.
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Handle document preparation, data entry, and file organization.
Customer Support
- Address customer inquiries via
- Manage support tickets and escalate issues as needed.
Marketing Assistance
- Research target audiences and market trends.
- Create promotional materials and assist with PR/outreach.
Event Coordination
-Plan and support virtual events, webinars, and live sessions.
- Send invitations, track RSVPs, and manage event follow-ups.
Content Development
- Proofread and post blogs or articles.
- Transcribe meetings and videos into written content.
E-commerce Management
- Manage product listings and inventory (e.g., Kajabi).
- Process orders, returns, and refunds.
Research
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark studies.
- Compile summaries and source quotes or vendors as needed.
Training & Process Development
- Document workflows and create SOPs.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and creating training materials.
Requirements:
a) Proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance.
b) Proficiency with software/platforms such as Kajabi, WordPress, Zapier, ManyChat, CapCut, and Canva.
