Alpha Capital is looking for a high-performing Virtual Assistant to elevate our online presence and digital marketing efforts across multiple businesses. We are a fast-paced, results-driven company with several real estate ventures, including:
-Real Estate Investment – Purchasing houses and buildings directly from homeowners.
-Real Estate Investment Lending – Providing financing solutions to investors.
-Real Estate Brokerage – Assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions.
-Investment Fund – Managing and growing capital for high-return investments.
We need a dedicated digital marketing professional with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and website management to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve search rankings. If you have experience optimizing websites, running ad campaigns, and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Optimization
-Conduct keyword research and optimize content for multiple websites.
-Improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
-Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building.
-Optimize website speed, structure, and technical SEO elements.
Google Ads & Paid Campaigns
-Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
-Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and return on investment.
-Manage budgets and track ad spend across different business lines.
-Website Management & Development
-Update and maintain company websites.
-Create and upload new pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
-Ensure mobile and desktop optimization for all sites.
-Troubleshoot website performance issues and implement necessary fixes.
Content & Social Media Management
-Work with the team to create engaging, SEO-friendly content.
-Assist in developing social media strategies to drive traffic.
-Monitor and improve online reputation across digital platforms.
-Data Tracking & Performance Reporting
-Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to monitor performance.
-Provide regular reports on website traffic, SEO progress, and ad performance.
-Implement strategies based on data insights to improve results.
What We’re Looking For
-SEO & Google Ads Expert – Minimum of three years of experience in ranking websites and running ads.
-Website Management Experience – Comfortable working on WordPress or other CMS platforms.
-Results-Driven & Data-Focused – Strong ability to analyze numbers and improve performance.
-Proven Track Record – Demonstrated success in SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
-Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
-Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly present results and strategies.
