THE ROLE
As a Digital Marketing Reporting Analyst your role will be centred around gathering, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Gather data from various digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
- Reporting key email metrics including recipients, deliverability, open rate, click through rate, and revenue generated
- Reporting on key Ads metrics
- Reporting across push campaigns (including recipients, deliverability, open rate, click through rate, and revenue generated)
- Reporting on new and existing funnels across various platforms (including traffic, conversions, clicks, downloads, email open rates etc)
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Populating weekly and monthly performance reports
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to digital marketing goals
- Monitor KPIs and alert the team of any significant changes or anomalies.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing efforts.
- Identify areas of underperformance and suggest corrective actions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports as needed for stakeholders.
- Provide timely data insights to support urgent marketing decisions.

Ideal Skills + Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in the same or similar role, preferably within creative industries
- Experienced in the data tools and analytics listed in the responsibilities section
- Is happy to work in BST (UK time zone)
