At Noxgear, our mission is to illuminate and elevate the active lifestyle – enhancing the experience, joy, and safety for those who embrace movement. We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and support us in executing our digital marketing strategy.
Hours & Compensation:
$10-15 USD per hour (based on skill and experience level)
20+ hours per week
Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will work under the direction of our eCommerce Coordinator to execute and efficiently implement various marketing tasks and responsibilities across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities by platform include:
Klaviyo:
- Set up and edit
- Produce reports and pull data from campaigns, flows, or profiles.
- Manage profiles and integrations with minimal direction and contact support as needed.
Simple Photo Editing:
- Crop, change image size, add text, etc., as directed.
Meta:
- Set up or edit ad campaigns and ad sets, following specific instructions.
- Manage media files in Dropbox and Meta Media Library.
- Export data or generate reports and create/edit audiences as directed.
WordPress-WooCommerce:
- Create and test coupon codes, and notify customer service by
- Run order reports, check for suspicious activity, and change site prices before/after sales.
- Update images and text on products, pages, banners, and cart notices as needed.
Social Channels:
- Make posts to
- Reply and react to comments on ads, posts, reels, stories, etc.
- Engage with users posting about or using Noxgear products.
- Find engaging posts that feature Noxgear and take action as directed.
Provide Assistance in Managing our Ambassador Program:
- Write and send monthly newsletters by cloning and editing previous campaigns.
- Review and approve new ambassador applicants based on provided criteria.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role (no beginners please)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and WordPress-WooCommerce.
- Familiar with
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
