JOB OVERVIEW

We is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Digital Growth Manager to develop and execute DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce strategies that drive growth, increase engagement, and maximize revenue.
This role will oversee site merchandising, promotional planning, and integrated marketing campaigns to enhance the shopping experience and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and sales performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce, preferably in consumer goods, and is highly skilled in digital marketing, SEO, conversion optimization, and e-commerce analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute DTC e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue for.

Lead site merchandising strategies, promotional campaigns, and content planning to optimize conversion rates (CVRs).

Oversee DTC-exclusive promotions to attract and retain customers.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive retail and DTC sales.

Content & Campaign Management

Partner with social media, influencer marketing, and PR teams to develop high-converting content that can be repurposed across digital channels.

Oversee remote creative teams to ensure digital assets for websites and email campaigns are cohesive, optimized for engagement, and aligned with brand strategy.

Work with the internal creative team to produce high-quality product photography and video content.

E-commerce Platform Optimization & Data Analytics

Partner with technical teams to define goals, objectives, and consumer behavior insights for site improvements and enhancement projects.

Work closely with the e-commerce team to generate reports and insights, sharing key findings with executive and brand leadership teams.

Collaborate with the operations team to optimize inventory planning, analyze product performance, and forecast future buying needs.

Lead the digital asset management process, ensuring all content is organized and accessible for e-commerce and marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor and upskill the Site Merchandising Coordinator, empowering them to take ownership of digital campaigns and e-commerce/technical projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

4 to 5 years of experience in DTC e-commerce, preferably in consumer goods or related industries.

Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms and tools, including Magento, Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Yotpo, Bazaarvoice, Klaviyo.

Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, UGC (User-Generated Content), and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

High proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
