Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Gelt. As the Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness and customer acquisition. You will report directly to the head of growth and collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement effective digital strategies that align with Gelt's goals and objectives.

In this role, you will create nurture track campaigns aimed at moving leads through the marketing and sales funnels. Using HubSpot, social media analytics, and other tools, you will track the performance of these campaigns, adapting and optimizing them for better results. The role will also include short-form writing for emails, blogs, social media posts, and more.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and growth.
- Manage and optimize all social media channels, creating cohesive and engaging content.
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee paid advertising efforts, including Google Ads, social media ads (linkedin, instagram and more), and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure brand consistency.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate and execute influencer marketing initiatives to expand brand reach.
- Report on key metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Core Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth, specifically using linkedin and instagram.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Zoominfo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Nice If You Have:
- Work experience in the financial services industry, particularly in tax services or with a financial technology company.
- Familiarity with digital marketing in the context of tax-related products or services.
