We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specializes in building websites, setting up customer management systems (CRMs), and running online ad campaigns to help our clients grow their businesses. We’re looking for a driven, tech-savvy individual with excellent English communication skills to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant.

This role is part-time to start, with a 60-day trial. If you're a great fit, it will convert to full-time (or sooner if needed). This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for executing key tasks, managing client relationships, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Success: Manage the full onboarding process for new clients, including communication, gathering necessary materials, setting expectations, and consistently following up to ensure client satisfaction.
Website Building & CRM Setup: Assist with building and editing websites, setting up customer relationship management systems (CRMs), and ensuring clients are set up for success. Training will be provided, but you must be tech-savvy and a quick learner.
Ad Campaign Setup & Management: Set up and manage Google Ads and other online campaigns, monitor performance, and report back to clients on results.
Customer Communication & Phone Support: Answer the company phone, follow up with clients, and handle all customer interactions during your working hours (9 AM - 1 PM EST). Constant communication with clients is required.
Time Management & Accountability: Remain clocked in using Time Doctor during your scheduled hours and be ready to handle client tasks and phone calls immediately. This is a non-negotiable aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – mandatory.
Tech-savvy: Able to quickly learn new tools and software, especially for website building and CRM setup (training provided).
Strong organizational skills: Able to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
Autonomous & Proactive: Able to handle tasks without constant supervision, solve problems independently, and maintain client satisfaction.
Previous experience with digital marketing is a plus but not required (willing to train the right candidate).
Non-negotiable hours: Must be available to work from 9 AM to 1 PM Eastern Standard Time without exception.
Required equipment and environment: A desktop computer and a quiet work environment free from distractions are mandatory for this role.

Trial and Full-Time Opportunity
This position starts as a part-time role at 20 hours per week for a 60-day trial period. During the trial, your ability to manage client relationships, learn technical tasks, and work autonomously will be assessed. If you’re a great fit, the position can convert to full-time after 60 days, or sooner if needed.

Compensation
Part-time pay during the 60-day trial, with the potential for increased hours and responsibilities upon conversion to full-time.
