JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to help with building websites and managing Google Ads campaigns. This role will primarily focus on website development using platforms like GoHighLevel and assisting with the creation and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. If you're passionate about digital marketing, technology, and have a knack for creative problem-solving, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Management:

Assist in building and customizing websites using GoHighLevel, ensuring sites are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with client branding.
Help with the creation of landing pages, sales funnels, and forms within GoHighLevel.
Test and troubleshoot websites to ensure functionality and optimize user experience.
Work closely with the team to update and maintain existing websites.

Google Ads Campaign Management:

Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and retargeting ads.
Monitor and analyze ad performance to ensure campaigns are on track to meet goals.
Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for the best results.
Help with ad copywriting and creative design to maximize click-through rates (CTR).
Collaborate with the team to implement A/B testing and other strategies to improve ROI.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track website traffic, conversions, and other key metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team to improve ongoing campaigns.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GoHighLevel reports) to monitor website performance and user behavior.

General Support:

Assist with other marketing-related tasks, including content creation, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and web development.
Qualifications:

Experience with website development and content management systems (preferably GoHighLevel, WordPress, or similar platforms).
Familiarity with Google Ads, including campaign creation, management, and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to website development and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.
Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):

Experience with other digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools).
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creating ad creatives and website elements.
