Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Engagement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that engage our online community, promote our services, and strengthen our brand. You will manage our social media channels, create compelling content, and analyze the effectiveness of our digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital engagement strategy to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
* Manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring consistent and effective communication across all platforms.
* Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and multimedia.
* Monitor and analyze digital metrics to assess the performance of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
* Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our digital presence aligns with organizational goals and initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
* Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.

Working Requirements:
* Must have a high-performance PC or laptop.
* Reliable internet connection with a backup solution.
* Noise-cancelling headset.
*Ability to work from 7 AM to 3 PM PH time, Monday to Friday.
