About the Role

As a Digital Designer at Chatling, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and driving our marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality assets for website content, including landing pages, blog articles, and other web-based visual elements. Your work will ensure that our digital presence is both visually appealing and effective in engaging our audience.

In addition to designing for our website, you will develop creative collateral for other channels, such as email campaigns and social media. Your work will be central to enhancing the brand experience across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact.

Your primary goal will be to deliver digital designs that not only stand out and resonate with our target audience but also drive engagement, conversions, and overall brand growth.

What You Will Do

- Develop premium digital design assets for Chatling, focusing on visually compelling website content, including engaging landing pages, blog article graphics, and other essential visual elements.
- Redesign and maintain Website: Take ownership of Chatling's website design by leading initiatives to revamp and enhance the current site, ensuring a modern, user-friendly, and brand-consistent online presence.
- B2B/Enterprise Landing Pages: Design and optimize landing pages tailored for B2B audiences, including assets for SEO and marketing pages that elevate the visual appeal and effectiveness of the content.
- Marketing Emails: Design engaging email visuals to nurture leads, increase click-through rates, and drive conversions.
- Other Marketing Collateral: Develop diverse marketing materials, including graphics for webinars, promotional activities, social media posts, etc.
- Design supporting graphics, thumbnails, icons, and visual meta tags to enhance the impact and effectiveness of all content assets.
- Generate fresh visual concepts and explore creative ways to repurpose existing assets for maximum impact across various channels.

About You

- Proven Experience: 2-3 years of experience creating digital designs for both B2C and B2B SaaS companies, demonstrating a strong ability to adapt visual styles to resonate with different audiences and brand requirements.
- Exceptional Design Skills: Demonstrated excellence in graphic design, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and the ability to create visually engaging, clear, and persuasive design assets.
- User Experience and SEO Awareness: A solid understanding of the latest UX/UI design trends and basic knowledge of SEO best practices, with a proven track record of incorporating these elements effectively to align with search intent and enhance content visibility and performance.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset, believing that exceptional design is the result of strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with content writers, marketers, and product teams.
- Fluent Communicator: Proficiency in visual storytelling and effective communication in English, ensuring clarity and impact across all digital design formats and channels.
