Job Description:
As a Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads for solar sales. You will use various digital marketing tactics to attract and engage potential customers, helping them understand the benefits of solar energy while driving them towards scheduling consultations with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement online lead generation campaigns using tools like social media, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok ads, YouTube ads, paid search, paid keyword and email marketing
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize lead quality and conversion rates
Create engaging content and calls-to-action that attract prospective solar customers
Use CRM software to track, manage, and report on lead generation efforts
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt lead generation strategies as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in online lead generation, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, email marketing, SEO, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns for optimal performance
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking systems
