Position: Development Logistics Specialist
Type: Part-Time (Potential to transition to Full-Time)
Location: Remote (Travel may be required to new unit locations)
Salary: $420/month (with potential overtime and bonuses)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Development Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring that new units for short-term rentals, including Airbnb properties, are set up properly and that the necessary infrastructure is put in place for smooth and efficient operations. This position starts as part-time with the expectation to transition to full-time as we secure additional funding for continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Ordering Furniture: Coordinate and manage the ordering of furniture for new short-term rental units.
Setting up WiFi: Ensure reliable WiFi setup in all new units.
Setting up Utilities: Manage the setup of essential utilities, including electricity, water, and gas.
Tracking and Reporting Costs: Keep detailed records of setup costs and provide regular reports.
Researching Cost Alternatives: Identify and evaluate cost-effective alternatives for furniture and other setup needs.
Sourcing Local Services: Find and coordinate with local cleaners and handymen in new cities to maintain the quality of short-term rental properties.
Requirements:

Proven experience in ordering and tracking shipments.
Strong background in business development and logistics.
Experience in the short-term rental market, specifically with platforms like Airbnb.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Compensation:

Fixed salary of $420 per month.
Calculation: $5/hour x 4 hours/day x 5 days/week x 4 weeks/month + $20 for overtime and bonus potential.
Opportunities for salary increase as the role transitions to full-time.
