Position Responsibilities:
1. Design Support & Creative Output
> Independently complete UI design, visual design, and video editing according to business requirements
> Adapt to multi-role demands and ensure multi-dimensional design synergy
> Deeply understand business objectives to enhance product UX and visual appeal through design language
2. Business Insight & Solution Innovation
> Proactively identify business needs, analyze industry trends and user behavior to deliver creative yet practical solutions
> Drive design value realization in key business aspects like product growth and user conversion
3. Design Standards & Delivery Management
> Develop and optimize design guidelines to balance consistency and innovation
> Manage design processes to ensure high-quality deliverables, including design integrity and seamless developer collaboration
4. Cross-team Collaboration & Design Empowerment
> Collaborate closely with product, operations, and development teams throughout project lifecycle
> Empower business growth through design initiatives and explore innovative brand enhancement opportunities

Qualifications:
1. Professional Competencies
> Visual/UI Design: Strong visual design skills with mastery of PS, AI, Sketch, Figma
> Video Editing: Proficient in PR, AE for short video production and motion design
> Multi-disciplinary: Proficient in at least two areas: visual design, UI design, video editing
2. Proactivity & Business Acumen
> Demonstrate business understanding to identify issues and provide design-driven solutions
> Apply user-centric design thinking to maximize project value during requirement discussions
