JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Call Rollover / Dental Scheduler with strong organizational and communication skills to join our team. This role focuses on managing high-volume patient communications, optimizing scheduling efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. What You'll Do:
Call Management: Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring no patient inquiries are missed and maintaining excellent communication standards.
Schedule Optimization: Master the art of appointment scheduling, waitlist management, and schedule gap filling to maximize practice efficiency.
Patient Care Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through clear, empathetic communication and efficient handling of appointments, follow-ups, and recalls.
Software Navigation: Utilize various Practice Management Software systems (including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and Carestream) to manage patient records and scheduling workflows.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure seamless scheduling and optimal patient flow.

Who You Are:
Proven experience in dental scheduling and call management
Proficient in multiple dental Practice Management Software systems
Expert in modern phone systems and communication technologies
Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Professional and empathetic communicator
Certification from the Scheduling Institute (preferred)
