We are a growing U.S.-based dental support company helping dental offices improve insurance collections, reduce claim delays, and improve profitability.
We currently support multiple dental practices and are looking for a highly capable Dental Operations & Growth Manager to help us scale.
This role combines deep dental insurance expertise, client communication, business development, and leadership.
The right candidate understands dental insurance inside and out—but also knows how to communicate with confidence, build trust, solve problems, and help grow a business.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a key leadership role inside a rapidly expanding company.
What You’ll Do
Manage complex dental insurance claims, appeals, denials, and aging AR
Understand in-network and out-of-network reimbursement strategies
Help improve collections and claims workflows across client offices
Communicate with dental offices, insurance carriers, and clients
Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients
Help convert interested offices into long-term clients
Build and improve internal systems and SOPs
Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems
Support team growth and training as the company expands
Requirements
3+ years of dental billing, insurance, or revenue cycle experience
Deep understanding of PPO insurance, fee schedules, write-offs, appeals, and claims follow-up
Expertise in posting payments and handling write-offs
Excellent spoken and written English
Exceptional phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based dental offices
Strong leadership and ownership mentality
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and quiet professional workspace

Experience managing teams
Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or Dentrix Ascend
Clinical dental experience (dentist, hygienist, treatment coordinator, office manager)

Insurance pays 80% for restorative and 100% for diagnostics/preventive.
The patient has $250 remaining deductible, and deductible applies to restorative services.
