What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Investigate and resolve insurance denials like a detective on a mission
???? Work accounts receivable (AR) to keep balances in check and cash flowing
???? Follow up with insurance payers to get claims paid—because we don’t take "no" for an answer!
???? Review and appeal denied claims to ensure every dollar is accounted for
???? Identify trends in denials and work with our team to improve processes

What We’re Looking For:
? Experience in denial management, medical billing, or AR (or a quick learner with a sharp eye!)
? Someone who’s detail-oriented—because the devil (and the dollars) are in the details!
? Strong communication skills—you’ll be working with payers, clients, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
? A go-getter attitude—when a claim gets denied, you don’t back down!
