About Us
DRMERS CLUB is an 8-figure streetwear brand that is growing fast. We are looking for a data-driven Demand Planner who can help us optimize inventory, analyze sales trends, and guide smarter product and operational decisions. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the potential to become full-time if the role requires it.

What You’ll Do
As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for:
Product & SKU-Level Analysis
Forecast demand based on historical sales, trends, and seasonality
Identify best-selling and underperforming SKUs
Recommend restock strategies to avoid stockouts or overstock
New Product Launch & Collection Analysis
Compare new product performance vs. past launches
Track sell-through rates for different product types
Identify winning products early and suggest reallocating ad spend
Pop-Up & Retail Sales Analysis
Analyze in-person sales performance by product and location
Provide insights into customer demographics and buying behavior
Recommend inventory allocation for future pop-ups
Regional Sales & Buyer Behavior Analysis
Break down sales by region and city to spot demand trends
Analyze which products sell best in different regions
Help with pricing adjustments or localized marketing strategies
Color & Design Buying Strategy
Use sales data to recommend the right color mix for reorders
Spot emerging trends in styles, colors, or sizing
Ad-Hoc Strategic Projects
Evaluate 3PL partners using sales volume, cost analysis, and service levels
Optimize warehouse location decisions based on regional demand
Support expansion into new retail or online marketplaces
What We’re Looking For
At least three years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or sales analysis
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization, and forecasting models
Experience in eCommerce, fashion, or retail industries is a plus
Ability to analyze trends, solve problems, and present actionable insights

Bonus if you have experience with Shopify, BI tools, or ERP/WMS systems
