Dedicated Video Editor (Podcasts & Premium Social Clips) - Fast Turnaround

About Us:
We run a high-end podcast and video production studio based in Florida. We shoot 4K multi-cam content and turn it into premium, founder-led social media assets for local business owners. We are moving away from using multiple freelancers and want to hire one incredible, reliable, long-term editor to become our "in-house" teammate.

What You Will Do:

Full Episode Edits: Cut, color-grade, and master the audio for 4K multi-cam business podcasts and interview series (typically 30-60 minutes long).

Premium Social Assets: Scrub the raw footage to extract 3 to 5 highly engaging vertical clips per episode. You must know how to establish the context of the conversation immediately (using hooks or on-screen text), source high-quality industry b-roll, and let the endings breathe so the clip's main point lands perfectly. No lazy or cheap edits.

Basic Publishing & Thumbnails: Design clean YouTube thumbnails and handle basic uploading using our standardized templates for descriptions.

Workflow Management: You will pull assignments from ---------- , download raw files from Google Drive, and upload your drafts into ---------- .

What We Are Looking For:

Speed & Reliability: You don't leave clients waiting. You can comfortably turn around a full episode and its clips within 48 to 72 hours of receiving raw files.

Autonomy: You don't need us to send you timestamps. You understand business conversations well enough to pick the best hooks yourself.

Software Proficiency: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut. Experience with ---------- and ---------- is a huge plus.
