We're expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist/Data Engineer with a passion for data optimization, troubleshooting, and solving complex problems.

Job Overview:
As a Data Scientist / Data Engineer at P3 Ventures, you will play a critical role in optimizing our data systems. Your technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting complex datasets, along with your ability to build efficient data pipelines, will drive the success of our data-driven approach. Initial work hours will be USA CST, but we're flexible to change that depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large, complex datasets to derive insights and support business decisions.
Clean, process, and manipulate data using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
Design and implement efficient data pipelines for automation and system integration.
Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards for internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and provide technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in real-time, ensuring smooth operation across systems.
Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and techniques for data optimization and process improvement.

Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data visualization.
Experience: Proven ability to manipulate, clean, and transform large datasets.
Data Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues efficiently.
Programming Knowledge: Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar languages is a plus.
Data Engineering: Familiarity with building and maintaining data pipelines and working with databases.
Attention to Detail: A high level of precision and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex findings and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Optional: Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus, providing context for business needs.
