Data MIning and Report Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manipulate sales data using Excel functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Generate weekly reports for client brands using data from multiple sources
Transfer product information from PDF catalogs into retailer-specific spreadsheet templates
Organize and rename product image files according to retailer specifications
Convert Excel reports to Google Sheets as required by clients
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entry and reporting tasks
Assist with additional data mining and scraping tasks using AI tools

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables
Familiarity with Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent organizational skills for file management
Basic understanding of e-commerce product data structures
Familiarity with PDF document handling
