Salary: $1,500 USD/month
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST (40 hours per week)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Data & Insights Analyst to support market research projects for a U.S.-based healthcare insights company. This role involves preparing, analyzing, and presenting market research data, as well as assisting in quality control and survey testing. If you love working with data, creating clean reports, and ensuring insights are actionable and accurate—this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to manage data outputs using tools like SPSS, R, and Excel, and present them in client-ready PowerPoint decks. Strong attention to detail and comfort with complex survey logic is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Survey Testing & Data Cleaning:
- Review and test survey links to ensure logic, branching, and piping are programmed correctly.
- Clean, format, and prepare data for analysis using SPSS or similar tools.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Execute statistical analyses and populate insights into PowerPoint presentation templates.
- Perform QC (quality checks) on reports by validating data accuracy and formatting.
Framework & Insight Development:
- Use pre-built PowerPoint "frame-outs" to structure reports and populate with real data.
- Collaborate with internal insight analysts to anticipate likely data narratives and visualize accordingly.
Documentation & Change Tracking:
- Track project changes and maintain logs to ensure all versions and edits are accounted for.
What We’re Looking For:
Flawless English Communication:
- Must have excellent spoken and written English, with minimal accent.
- Able to follow instructions from U.S.-based teams and document work clearly.
Technical & Analytical Expertise:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or market research.
- Strong proficiency in SPSS (required), and working knowledge of R, SQL, or DisplayR a plus.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
Detail-Oriented & Independent:
- High attention to detail in data work and formatting.
- Able to manage workload independently, including QC of others’ outputs.
Team Collaboration:
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (data analysts, insight leads, survey programmers).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Technical & Work Requirements:
