Data Finder/Scraper

Hello I am looking for somebody who can help me get high quality data for my offer. I help people get access to money, so there area a lot of great lists I can go after. For example tax delinquent people, Real estate people, people who recently purchased a home, etc. I just need somebody who can do this automatically and doesnt need me to hold their hand. I need somebody to be able to pull all of these lists so that I can then market to them.
