What are you like?

- Have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to organizing and formatting data
- Are proficient in data manipulation, cleaning, and structuring large datasets for analysis
- Are comfortable using Excel and other data tools to organize and analyze data

What will you do?

- Collect, clean, and format data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct research and compile datasets to support decision-making and business strategies
- Maintain and update data reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets for internal use
- Ensure data integrity by identifying inconsistencies and resolving discrepancies

Project 1: New Jersey Education Database

You will be responsible for reviewing and improving an existing dataset on New Jersey high schools to enhance outreach efforts. Your tasks will include:

- Reviewing the current dataset for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Researching and updating each school’s information, including:
- Grades served (e.g., K-12, 9-12, etc.)
- Total student enrollment
- Vice principal, or similar, contact information
- State ranking (to prioritize outreach)

Project 2: New Jersey & New York Medical Database

You will build a new dataset from scratch to map out medical institutions and professionals within New Jersey and New York. This dataset will focus on:

- Identifying and categorizing hospital systems within both states, including the Head of Systems for each
- Researching and listing hospitals and clinics that provide:
- Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs)
- Intensive Inpatient Programs (IIPs)
- Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)
- Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) (also referred to as General Practitioners, or GPs)
- Doctors specializing in erectile dysfunction (commonly Urologists or Sexual Health Specialists)
- Behavioral addiction programs offered within hospital systems and key mental health professionals

Expansion Based on Performance

If Projects 1 and 2 are successfully completed, additional opportunities will be available to take on more complex research initiatives. Potential areas of expansion include:

- Scaling the Education Dataset – Expanding outreach data to additional states or incorporating industry events such as conferences.
- Deepening the Medical Database – Adding specialized treatment centers, or rehabilitation facilities beyond hospital systems.
- Industry-Specific Research – Compiling datasets in new sectors based on emerging needs, such as behavioral health services, telemedicine networks, or corporate wellness programs.
