Job Title: Data Analyst and Operations Manager for Marketing Performance
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst and Operations Manager to oversee the integration and analysis of marketing performance data and streamline operational workflows. This role is pivotal in unifying data from multiple platforms (Airtable, RedTrack, and TikTok Ads Manager), analyzing campaign performance, and managing operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
You will work closely with creative, media buying, and leadership teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies while optimizing internal systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Aggregate and analyze data from Airtable, RedTrack, TikTok Ads Manager, and other platforms to create unified reports.
Identify trends, top-performing campaigns, and underperforming regions or creatives.
Create dashboards and performance summaries to provide actionable insights for the team.
Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, presenting findings to leadership.
Operations Management:
Oversee workflows for creative briefing, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
Collaborate with tea
Manage data storage and organization for seamless access and reporting.
Strategic Recommendations:
Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance, such as scaling high-performing campaigns or adjusting targeting.
Recommend process improvements based on data trends and operational challenges.
Assist in planning and executing new testing strategies based on campaign performance.
Requirements:
Experience:
3+ years in data analysis, performance marketing, or related roles.
Proven experience managing operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data tools like Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
Experience with platforms like Airtable, RedTrack, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Familiarity with automation tools like
Operations Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to design and manage efficient workflows.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in marketing or e-commerce operations.
Experience in affiliate marketing or paid media campaigns.
Understanding of creative testing methodologies.
