Data Analyst and Automation Specialist (Remote)

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic company operating within the Food Industry, dedicated to innovation and excellence. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a proficient individual to join us on a part-time basis for a 3-month contract, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. This role will report directly to the Head of IT and offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Position Overview:
The Data Analyst and Automation Specialist will play a critical role in developing reporting structures and dashboards, leveraging Microsoft Power Suite, Power BI, and AI Builder. The candidate will possess a robust skill set in data analysis and will be adept at implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Power Automate. Additionally, expertise in remote desktop applications, PostgreSQL, and web technologies is crucial for the successful integration of these systems into our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and create comprehensive reporting structures and interactive dashboards utilizing Microsoft Power BI.
Implement RPA solutions with Power Automate to streamline business processes effectively.
Ensure the accurate and consistent maintenance of data across all reporting and RPA platforms.
Employ PostgreSQL for database management and analysis, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Utilize remote desktop solutions for effective remote collaboration and troubleshooting.
Leverage web technologies to enhance data presentation and accessibility.
Collaborate closely with the IT department to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Conduct thorough data analyses to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Offer technical support and training on new reports, dashboards, and automation tools to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Remain abreast of the latest developments in data analysis, RPA, and related technologies.
Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Suite, Power BI, AI Builder, and Power Automate.
Proficient in RPA implementation and management.
Strong knowledge of remote desktop applications, PostgreSQL, and web technologies.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Flexible to work in a GMT time zone and effectively collaborate with a remote team.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
