Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data/Financial Analyst with bookkeeping expertise to manage financial records, extract and analyze data, and provide key financial insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bookkeeping, data analysis, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Financial Reporting:
Extract and prepare financial reports from datasets.
Conduct comparative and trend analysis to support decision-making.
Identify key financial trends, variances, and business opportunities.
Provide insights through data visualization and financial modeling.
Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping entries.
Process invoices, payroll, and other financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and tax regulations.
Accounting Software & Tools:
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management.
Leverage Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
Work with various financial and reporting tools to streamline processes.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Financial Analyst, or Accounting Clerk.
Strong understanding of U.S. financial concepts, GAAP, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting and Excel for data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple financial tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
