The Role
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays,
6AM-3PM Central European Time
1PM-10PM Asia/Manila
11PM-8AM Central Standard Time
As a Data Analyst specializing in Sales and Marketing at Growmodo, your mission is to transform data into actionable insights that drive growth and optimization of our subscription-based design and web development services. You'll be responsible for analyzing customer acquisition channels, sales performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness, while leveraging Databox (or similar platforms) to create compelling dashboards that inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Analytics: Analyze performance metrics across sales funnels, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive dashboards focused on sales and marketing KPIs that provide clear visualization of performance trends in Databox or similar platforms.
Customer Journey Analysis: Track and analyze the customer journey from initial touchpoint to conversion and retention in our subscription-based model.
Campaign Performance: Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, channel performance, and ROI to optimize marketing spend and strategy.
Revenue Insights: Analyze subscription revenue patterns, customer lifetime value, and churn metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Data Orchestration: Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sales and marketing platforms into unified reporting solutions.
AI-Enhanced Analysis: Leverage AI tools to uncover deeper insights and patterns in sales and marketing data that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Reporting & Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for sales and marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Expertise: Proficiency in dashboard creation and data visualization tools
Marketing Analytics: Experience analyzing marketing campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and conversion metrics
Sales Data Focus: Strong background in analyzing sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue metrics
Technical Skills: Solid foundation in data analysis, with experience in SQL, Excel, and CRM/marketing platforms
Communication: Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations for sales and marketing teams
AI Tools: Experience with AI-powered analytics tools to enhance marketing and sales insights
Nice-to-Haves:
Industry Knowledge: Background in subscription-based service agencies, particularly in design and web development sectors
Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with common marketing automation and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
CRM Experience: Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline analytics
Proficiency with Databox dashboard builder
