We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who can go beyond reporting to develop efficient data systems, automate repetitive processes, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and leveraging modern AI tools to enhance analytics and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze marketplace data across Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop to generate actionable insights.
Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and performance tracking for sales, ads, conversion, and traffic.
Translate business questions into data analysis and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities in product, pricing, and campaign performance.
Use AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, research, and insight generation.
Automate recurring reports and workflows using SQL, spreadsheets, and AI tools.
Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
Support ad hoc analysis for business and leadership decisions.
Maintain clean data, documentation, and scalable reporting systems.
Continuously improve analytics processes using AI and automation tools.
Requirements:
Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others.
Experience with Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or other ecommerce platforms is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
