Position Overview:
This position involves deep analysis of email marketing data to drive strategic decision-making and improve campaign performance. The Email Marketing Data Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing email campaigns, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving business goals. The ideal candidate should have experience working with thousands of email sends and replies, analysing email performance, and identifying patterns and trends to optimise email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse email marketing campaigns and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key email marketing KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track email marketing performance and effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimise email campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the Email Marketing team to develop segmentation strategies and personalized email campaigns.
- Work closely with team leads to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data audits and quality checks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing analytics and data analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an Email Marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with email marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of email marketing concepts, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools especially Looker Studio (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
