Position Summary: The Data Analyst role is a critical member of the Trinity Road IT team. The ideal person for this role will hold characteristics of being patient and customer-oriented with a positive attitude, and able to work through issues quickly and effectively. As the primary team member responsible for managing data warehousing, data analysis, web analytics, and reporting; workdays will be determined by ticket volume and project work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Configure and manage web analytics platforms including Google GA4
Validate data and ensure quality and security is maintained at all times
Create and maintain Executive, Marketing, and Operational dashboards
Perform daily reporting duties; optimizing and automating when appropriate
Be the subject matter expert, train users, and provide support for all analytics platforms including Glew, GA4, BigQuery, Mode, Stitch, etc
Deliver high value data analysis, visualizations, and reports utilizing your knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Mode BI, Pandas, etc
Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues within the data and reports
Create monthly company-wide KPI reports
Document reporting, data, and security procedures
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, mathematics, statistics or related fields or certifications in Data Science or Analytics
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Service-oriented, people-centric and willingness to assist
2-3 years experience with SQL, Python, R, or other query languages
2-3 years experience with data visualization software including Power BI, Mode, or Tableau
1-2 years experience with web analytics including Google GA4 and Glew
Willing to be trained on and learn new systems and be as proficient as possible
Self-starter able to work with minimal direction
Able to quickly assess situations and adapt to dynamic priorities
Demonstrate excellent and effective communication skills working in a collaborative environment
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary to meet deadlines
COMPTIA Data+ or similar certifications are a plus
