JOB OVERVIEW

We run e-commerce brands and we're growing. We need someone who can think strategically about creative — not just post content.
Pay: $600–$1,000/month + bonus system that can double your income.

What you'll do

Research brands, audiences, and competitors on your own
Come up with your own creative ideas, angles, and concepts
Figure out what's working and what's not — and adjust
Learn how to apply your skills to YouTube with our guidance (full training provided)

What we're looking for

You've worked with e-commerce brands before — this is a must
You understand why certain ads and creative work, not just how to make them
You bring your own ideas to the table
You can work independently without being told what to do every step of the way
Must able to work with Claude

This is NOT a social media manager job. If you mainly schedule posts and write captions, this role isn't for you.
