Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our growing dropshipping business. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce or fashion. This is a great opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company and make a meaningful impact by delivering excellent support to our customers. The role offers flexible working hours as we scale and launch multiple stores. We are looking for someone who is able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, returns, exchanges, and product-related questions. You will respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and helpful information. A key aspect of the role is ensuring that our customers’ concerns are addressed efficiently and with a positive attitude.
You will handle customer inquiries about orders, products, shipping, and returns, and ensure that customers are fully informed about policies and procedures. You will also follow up on escalated issues, working closely with the team to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records and work with other departments, such as the marketing and operations teams, to provide a seamless customer experience.
You will be expected to ensure that customer feedback is recorded, communicated to relevant teams, and acted upon to improve our services. You will be assisting in creating and maintaining templates for emails, FAQs, and response strategies, ensuring consistency in the communication process.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce or the fashion industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, with a focus on professionalism and empathy in your interactions with customers.
You should have experience in managing customer service through email platforms, with familiarity in using ticketing systems or CRM tools being a plus. Experience with tools such as Slack, Shopify, Google Sheets, and Reamaze is also required.
A positive and problem-solving attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role. You should be adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of customer care.
Being able to communicate in French or German is a plus, as we aim to support a diverse range of customers across various international markets. You must be comfortable working remotely and have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
