Customer database cleanup & segmentation specialist

TintGard is an Australian window tinting company looking for an experienced data specialist to help clean, organise, and prepare our customer database for future CRM marketing campaigns.

This is a fixed-price project with clearly defined deliverables.

What We Need

We require assistance with:

Exporting and organising approximately 7000 customer data records from systems such as Xero and ServiceM8.
Removing duplicate records
Standardising names, phone numbers, email addresses and addresses
Identifying incomplete or invalid records
Organising customers into meaningful categories and segments
Preparing a clean master spreadsheet and CRM import-ready CSV file
Deliverables

The completed project must include:
