We’re hiring two Customer Survey Specialists to serve as third-party representatives, conducting phone surveys to evaluate the quality of technician services. In this role, you’ll gather valuable feedback, ensure clients feel heard, and provide insights to improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
-Call clients to conduct satisfaction surveys regarding technician services.
-Accurately document client responses in the CRM system.
-Communicate professionally and ensure clients feel respected and valued.
-Identify and report patterns or recurring service issues based on feedback.
Qualifications:
-Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
-Previous experience with dialers and CRM platforms.
-Reliable fiber internet connection (minimum 200 Mbps) for stable call quality.
-Availability for one of the following assigned shifts (Central Time), both including a lunch break:
Early Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Late Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
(Shifts will be assigned by the company and cannot be selected.)
