Position Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will play an important role in managing client communications, handling support tasks, and enabling our Client Success (CS) team to deliver exceptional service. This role focuses on simplifying workflows, addressing client inquiries, and optimizing the CS team’s efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client emails, triaging inquiries and using standardized responses.
- Task Management & Delegation: Manage and delegate tasks to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely progress and completion.
- Quality Control (QC): Review deliverables to confirm they meet client expectations before final submission.
- Complaint & Change Order Handling: Log and resolve client complaints and change requests efficiently.
- Expectation Management: Communicate timelines clearly and ensure clients understand necessary next steps.
- Client Onboarding Assistance: Help onboard new clients by gathering required information and setting clear expectations.
- Administrative Support: Assist the CS team with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance internal processes and boost team efficiency.
- AI Tool Integration: Assist in implementing AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve productivity.

Qualifications

- Qualified female applicants with experience in customer support or client success roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Click Up, Asana).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and initiative-taking approach to improvements.
