We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative who will also take on Risk Manager responsibilities. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with forex trading experience and a passion for helping clients.


Role Details:

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible hours, including possible weekends and night shifts)

Rate: Starting from $4 USD per hour


Key Responsibilities:

Handle chat support via Discord and Intercom (approx. 8 hours daily).

Respond to customer emails with professionalism.

Assist with forex and trading-related queries.

Act as a Risk-Free Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk standards.

Provide polite, professional, and empathetic client support.



Requirements:

Forex trading experience is a must.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Flexibility for different shifts (including weekends or nights).

Must have a Telegram account.
