JOB OVERVIEW

We are an emergency vehicle upfitting service based in New York, seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers, managing workflow, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and text messages.
Answer calls on the office phone professionally.
Provide vehicle updates to customers.
Organize and update workflow on Shopmonkey.
Monitor the Ring system for deliveries.
Update inventory records and follow up with vendors on parts.
Purchase shop supplies from online platforms.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (no accent).
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
Familiarity with Shopmonkey or similar software is a plus.
Initiative-driven and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
