Job Summary:

273 Enterprises is an e-commerce business focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help manage customer support and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints through Facebook messenger within a timely manner (<10 minutes).
Execute transactions accurately and with attention to detail.
Maintain a positive customer experience.

Administrative & Inventory Management:

Manage product listings and ensure accurate inventory updates.
Assist with order processing and coordination with suppliers or fulfillment centers.
Monitor stock levels and generate reports for restocking recommendations.
Perform other general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA and inventory management tools is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes efficiently.
