Customer Support Representative (E-commerce, Shopify & Zendesk Experience Required)
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to manage customer communication for our eCommerce store via
Key Requirements
- Dropshipping & Shopify Experience – Prior experience in Shopify eCommerce is essential, particularly in managing customer interactions and refund requests.
- Familiarity with the EU/UK Market – Experience working with the EU/UK market
- Proficiency with Shopify – You should have a strong understanding of Shopify, including customer service functions on the platform.
- Zendesk & Gmail Expertise – Experience with Zendesk (or similar customer service platforms) and proficiency in Gmail are required.
- Basic knowledge with AI Tools – You should be comfortable using tools like Chat GPT
- Attention to Detail – You must be meticulous, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Experience with Fashion Stores (Big Plus) – Previous experience working with fashion e-commerce stores or similar retail environments is a big plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with fashion-related customer inquiries and returns.
