Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Work from Home
Working Hours: EST hrs
Working Days: Monday to Friday


COMPANY OVERVIEW:
America & Beyond is a US based online and wholesale brand operating from India from their own Factory / office in Gurugram.

We are seeking a young, dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our team and contribute efficient service and communication to our foreign ecommerce customers and wholesale clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. E-Commerce Support
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, returns, and refunds.
- Navigate and manage the e-commerce platform (Shopify) to resolve customer issues.

3. Communication:
- Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with customers.
- Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and standards.

4. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other A&B team members and departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings.


QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Educational Background:
- Has a diploma or degree related to Customer Support

2. Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 yrs in Customer Support

3. Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and e-commerce platforms.

MUST HAVE:
- Reliable internet connection
- Backup equipment
- Experience in Shopify etc
