Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer / Customer Support Engineer to join our remote team. This role is critical in supporting our B2B customers by facilitating their integration with and utilization of our platform. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable in data engineering, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a strong background in customer-facing roles within the tech industry.

Responsibilities:

- Engage directly with B2B customers to understand their data requirements and support their integration efforts.
- Guide customers through the setup, deployment, and optimization of data pipelines on the TrueState platform.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to relay customer insights and feedback, aiding in the continual improvement of the platform.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical details clearly and concisely.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer facing technical role, working with data pipelines and machine learning implementations.
- Proven experience in data engineering with a strong foundation in Python and familiarity with NLP and machine learning technologies.
